Softee is a premix for instant soft-serve machines — softer and lighter than regular ice cream, with less milk fat.
Vintop Softee uses a high-quality imported milk-fat base, which gives a very high yield — maximum cones per kg — with unmatched mouthfeel and taste. Also available in an economy range (Softex).

- Dosage
- 1 kg premix with 5 litres of cold milk (below 5 °C). Blend until fully dissolved, then churn for 8–10 minutes.
